It is Ti6Al4V 64 titanium, which is lightweight, strong, and resistant to rust. From the initial stage, we minimize the occurrence of distortion as much as possible so that it does not significantly affect later processes and precision. Simple primary processing cutting from the raw material before product manufacturing is done. Due to water jet cutting, the occurrence of warping or distortion is almost nonexistent, limited to certain materials, thicknesses, and processing shapes. The cause of warping is due to the stress in the material, and it does not produce significant distortion or twisting camber as seen with other processing methods.
